Dr Karen Kirkham is Chief Medical Officer and a senior partner at Deloitte UK, where she leads on healthcare strategy, integrated care, and digital transformation. A former GP with over 30 years in the NHS, she previously served as National Clinical Advisor for Primary Care at NHS England and ICS Clinical Lead in Dorset. Karen has led large-scale service redesign across care settings, with a focus on health equity, data-driven decision-making, and system integration. Prof. James Kingsland OBE
Professor James Kingsland OBE is an internationally recognised primary care leader and digital health advisor. A former GP and long‑serving President of the National Association of Primary Care, he co‑authored the Primary Care Home model that informed the development of PCNs. He is Clinical Professor at the University of Central Lancashire and Chair of the Digital Clinical Excellence (DiCE) Forum, which develops best‑practice guidelines and training to improve the quality and safety of online clinical services.

Dr Masood Nazir is Medical Director for NHS Birmingham and Solihull, where he leads on outpatient transformation, referral optimisation, and the integration of digital pathways across the system. A GP and Executive Managing Partner at Hall Green Health, one of Birmingham’s largest training practices, Masood has also held national leadership roles as Director of Digital Primary Care at NHSX and Clinical Informatics Advisor to NHS England. With over 20 years of experience in digital innovation, clinical informatics, and healthcare transformation, he has led major programmes including GP IT Futures, GP Connect, and the Covid Digital Primary Care Response.
