1. Event Overview

• The Pathfinder Digital Transformation Summit 2026 is a one-day, application-based event taking place on 2 June 2026 in Central London at Together Venues, 88 Wood Street, with a livestream attendance option available. The event is organised by Pathfinder Healthcare Developments CIC.

2. Application and Attendance

• Attendance at the summit is application-based. Submission of an application or expression of interest does not guarantee a place.

• Free tickets are primarily reserved for NHS, public sector, and policy colleagues. Applications from commercial organisations, suppliers, or vendors may be reviewed separately and may not be eligible for free attendance.

3. Confirmation of Place

• A place at the event is only confirmed once a formal confirmation email has been issued by the organisers. Submission of an application, RSVP, or Eventbrite registration alone does not constitute a confirmed ticket.

4. Programme and Event Changes

• The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, sessions, venue details, or event format, including livestream arrangements, where necessary. Any significant updates will be communicated to registered applicants and confirmed delegates.

5. Data Sharing with Sponsors and Partners

• By registering for or attending the event, you acknowledge that your name, job title, organisation, and professional email address may be shared with appropriate event sponsors and strategic partners for event-related purposes, including networking and relevant follow-up communications.

6. Filming, Photography, and Livestream

• Photography, filming, audio recording, and livestreaming may take place during the event. Recordings, images, and livestream content may be used in post-event reports, educational materials, and promotional or informational resources produced by Pathfinder Healthcare Developments CIC and associated partners.

• If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or included in livestream materials, please notify the organisers in advance by emailing info@pathfinder-cic.com.
